Photos From The Road: Final Round

Thank you to everyone who participated in the first and second rounds of our Photos From The Road contest. We received over 1,500 captions for the five photos in Round One and over 5,700 votes in Round Two!
Now it is time for the final votes. For each photo, the caption that received the most votes in round two is now a finalist in the final voting phase. Now you can vote for your favorite caption once a day until October 21st to help pick the Grand Prize Winner.

A rare sun dog in the Kansas sky
The above photo was submitted to our Photos Taken From the Road contest. Unfortunately, we couldn’t award everyone an iPad for their photos, but we can feature honorable mentions like this one, submitted by Kraig in Fort Riley, Kansas. He took this photo of of a sun dog on a cold morning in January.
For the next couple of weeks, we’ll be featuring some of the top photos submitted to the contest, so be on the lookout for more of our favorite photos from commuters around the country. In the meantime, you can still win an iPad by participating in Photos from the Road Caption Contest.
