VPSI Jeff Henning

Jeff Henning is president and CEO of VPSI, overseeing corporate operations including sales, marketing, accounting, finance, field and fleet operations, commercial leasing, human resources and administration. He directs VPSI’s subsidiary operation Vipre, BV. Jeff sits on the VPSI board of directors and the board of directors for the Association for Commuter Transportation (ACT).

VPSI Jon Martz

Jon Martz serves as Vice President, Government Relations for VPSI. He is responsible for managing relationships with federal, state and local government organizations, as well as trade and industry groups. He also serves on the Executive Committee of the Association for Commuter Transportation (ACT) and on the ACT Board of Directors as the Immediate Past President and the current Chair of the ACT Public Policy Council.

VPSI Mike Norvell

Michael Norvell works across functional areas to support the expansion of VPSI and is responsible for identifying specific resource requirements. He assists management in analyzing, evaluating, and identifying the potential of individual markets and the development of new services.

VPSI Steve Pederson

Steve Pederson is responsible for the company’s vehicle purchasing, product development, maintenance management, insurance administration, risk management, and vehicle disposal activities. He began working with VPSI in 1980 and has held a number of positions before his appointment to vice president of fleet operations.

VPSI Chris Simmons

Chris Simmons serves as Government Affairs Executive for VPSI. He is responsible for addressing federal legislative and state regulatory issues, pursuit of credit transfer opportunities for fleet financing via federal and state infrastructure banks, and support of corporate interests via representation of the company in trade associations and public interest organizations. He is currently the Chair of the ACT Next Authorization Task Force and an at-large Director of the Board of the Association for Commuter Transportation (ACT).

Andy Bawden

Andy Bawden is the Loss Prevention and Vanpool Safety Manager at VPSI. He is responsible for driver approvals, vanpool safety and he conducts driver safety meetings throughout the country for VPSI customers.
